I have been purchasing and consuming dannon coffee yogurt for twenty-five years. over the last month and a half, the containers have been watery, soupy, runny...you can almost pour them out.
i have opened and thrown away over sixty containers. is this a product quality issue or a purposeful change in the product. if it is the former, they need to fix it fast or they will lose a customer. if it is the latter, they have definitely lost a consumer.
Part of the appeal of Dannon coffee yogurt over the decades is its firm, gelatinous texture.
these sixty containers and the brown soupy liquid inside it is a terrible runny consistency and close to inedible. I am hopeful that this is production/quality control issue, but if it is not, this is a terrible development and will likely lead to a loss of their consumer base.
